Ancient Healing

I provide classic Acupuncture and AcuMicro Needling to help you heal naturally and comprehensively.

What is acupuncture?

The theory and practice of acupuncture originated in China over five thousand years ago as a method to promote health and help people heal from disease.

Acupuncture treatment is versatile and can address a variety of concerns — musculoskeletal pain, emotional pain or stress, digestive issues, fertility and hormone issues, low energy, aging, insomnia, dental pain, arthritis, and more.

How does acupuncture work?

Most people tolerate acupuncture treatments very well and find the experience quite relaxing. The treatment itself involves the insertion of very thin needles into specific points on the body. There may be mild discomfort with the insertion of certain needles, but any uncomfortable sensations will usually disappear in less than a minute and often, there is no discomfort at all.

After the needles are in, you will be left to relax on the treatment table for approximately 20 minutes. Most people wish it was longer!

As a licensed acupuncturist, I use my training and, with thorough reference experiences, my intuition to get to the bottom of what you’re dealing with.

There is no blanket, one-size-fits-all approach when dealing with real people, and I make sure that I understand what you’re going through in order to provide my best treatment plan possible.

Acupuncture has many tried and tested technologies to use for treatment.

Beyond needling, described above, I also provide Dolphin Neurostim, cupping, and AcuMicro needling within my treatments.

Dolphin Neurostim is the world’s first device specifically designed for to reduce sympathetic stress for the reduction of soft tissue pain.

Cupping is an alternative therapy that uses suction cups to stimulate your skin and muscles. It can be done on your face or body. The suction promotes increased blood circulation, which may help relieve muscle tension, promote cell repair, and aid in other regeneration.

AcuMicro Needling Therapy is a minimally invasive skin-rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of the AcuMicro Needle Pen. It results in the production of new collagen and elastin, improvement in skin tone and texture, firmness as well as reduction in scars, pore size, and stretch marks.
